We wont finish that song because I think it's absolutely ridiculous. And if you don't know what song I'm talking about you should be happy, because after you listen to it you become dumber(or grammatically correct way of saying that is more dumb...at least I think so)

...Moving on!

Took my first Basic ICU test and...drum roll please....got 29/30! Woot Woot!! All I can say is that I'm glad the first one is over, now I know what to expect for the next ones. Oh and I will never forget that patients with COPD have a really high lung compliance ;)

OK lets analyze this outfit. This is what I wore yesterday. Yes I'm wearing a long sleeve jacket...why you ask? Well although I am super excited for fall but the main purpose of me wearing this long sleeve jacket when it's still mid-80's is because my ICU class is a freakin freezer! I seriously have seen people dress in a turtle-neck, snow pants and a thick jacket during the summer in the building we meet in. I'm not going to go that far, only because I know the moment I walk through my door at home my husband will bust up laughing at me. I think I'll try and keep it classy. My pants...Forever 21, love them. Shirt...TJMax...yes I am was a Maxxinista!

Tell me one thing...Do you think this outfit would have benefited from a necklace today? I couldn't decide and then I ran out of time...

Well until Mon you awesome blog readers! (I know you are out there...even though you aren't leaving comments, or at least I have to tell myself that lol)

Because I have been so busy with my new life and haven't been able to blog, I thought you guys deserved a Saturday post! Aren't you soo lucky!!

How about an update at first. My worries about the people at school are done and over. Everyone is super nice and there isn't any bad cliques. I am way surprised about how friendly everyone is. It defiantly made everything else a lot easier. Other than the people school is extremely busy. Let me just inform you as you were checking back at my blog for new posts{or I hope you were} I was learning how to insert an IV, hang IV fluids, hang blood for a transfusion, learning all the parts to a central line and how to place an NG tube. Yep you read that list right....all that in one week! CRAZY! Oh not to mention on top of that had a math test and 2 pharmacology classes!! 2 not 1, and pharm is crazy details! Lets just say my brain is a little bit like mash potatoes right now!

I did however try to blog on Thurs for my {How To} series but Blogger was being a lame face and wouldn't allow me to do anything. Which by the way was extremely annoying. So instead I went and did more fun things...like read my med/surg book :( I have no life, double :(

My resolution is still going strong! Minus the shoes I had to buy for school, but I don't count those because it was a necessity. But I did get the Reebok's Easy Tones. I thought I should try them out since I will be on my feet 10-12 hrs a day when I'm at clinical and work. Why not work my little booty while I'm walking around? And the plus side is the Reebok's aren't as hideous as the Sketcher. (Sorry I'm not a fan of those crazy moon shoes!) I think my resolution is still going well because I just don't have time to shop! It's perfect, for me and my wallet!!

OK let me share with you this one jacket that I have been drooling over! I want it really bad...

Dang you North Face for coming out with a sweet Moto Style Jacket that I just have to have. and dang you Nordstrom for placing it your catalog and shipping it too my house! If you hadn't i would still be blind to your great design! (PS if anyone feels so obligated to surprise me with a package which has this jacket in it size S, I'm totally fine with that! LOL) This is a very tempting purchase, I can't waste my 1 item already...or can i? What do you think?

Oh PS...I give up on HTML!!!

Here is your outfit post for the week. So it's kinda a bitter sweet outfit post because 1. I don't get a lot of time to take pictures of myself and post them and 2. I start school on Monday which means I really wont have time to post outfit. But I'm going to give it my all to keep you guys informed on my outfits. Guess you  might get scrubs every once in awhile.

Here is my outfit, I'm wearing black jeggings which yes I do realize it's going to be 11 degrees today(yes i did say 11 degrees) but who care. I'm going to be indoor tonight and eating homemade Vietnamese food! Oh did you also notice that I'm wearing my new shoes i purchased at Nordstrom. I love them! They are perfect for the reason i purchased them, but not perfect for the snow i was standing on. They have absolutely no tread on them at all. Good thing i have a loving husband to hold my hand and make sure i don't fall.

This was when Jeff was telling me to act like a model, umm I'm horrible at this modeling thing. Plus did i mention my neighbors were outside when we were taking pictures so they probably thought i was some self-centered girl modeling in her front yard.

I love this fun shirt! It was $6 at Kohl's!!

Jeggings: Nordstrom, Shoes: Dolce Vita from Nordstrom, Shirt: Khols and Jacket: I think Wet Seal
